This is a 2 Participant ROBUST home, this is a single-story, contemporary home that was created with the participants' needs and wants prioritised always. The colour schemes of the house and the contemporary interior design gives the space a calm atmosphere as soon as you enter. 

 

The Carer Office, which has a bathroom adjacent, is the first room you see when you enter the home. It is designed for participants who need daily and overnight support. Each participant has their own bedroom and ensuite.

 

Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, and heating. A broad open space is provided for all participants in  living, dining, and laundry areas, which are constructed with wide door frames and paths.

 

There are two parking spaces available in the garage designed thoughtfully with undercover access from parking to property.  Additionally, there is a lovely, protected backyard, a garden, and an outside living and entertaining space. This location provides a secure outside space where participants may relax and spend time with housemates, family, and friends.
