Necessity Housing is a registered Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

We work diligently to assist with the delivery of approved SDA houses for NDIS participants. We work with builders and architects to design purpose-driven homes to meet the requirements of NDIS participants.

We work closely with SIL providers and government agencies, We provide property management and maintenance services for all SDA properties, ensuring our client’s investments remain compliant with all relevant government agencies.

Necessity Housing focuses on delivering high-quality housing for NDIS participants so that they can regain their freedom, independence, control, choice, and right to social participation.

We have homes available that are under construction or can locate the land then build to the participant’s wants and needs, Our priority is always the participant.
